I orderd Huewai eatch GT2 46mm watch via Facebook media link and the orderd got placed for Cash on Deliver on 14th Feb, it was shipped with name Corner shop , anaj mandi, Hisar- 125001 through Ekart. I received the package on 19th Feb 2020 by paying Rs1899 through Credit Card.
Open opening the package i found the product delivered is substandard fastrack watch instead on actual order for Huewai watch GT2 46mm, tried to call the number on the package 94xxxxxxxxx92. there was another number for complaint on customer related disputes 70xxxxxx9 i called them and found the seller is
Aadhya Trading, first floor Anaj mandi, Hisar-125001, and provided with same mobile number 94xxxxxx2 which is switched off for ever. I send an email with vedio evidence of unpacking the product and other details for order and delivery.
I need the actaul product i placed order for i.e)Huewai watch GT2 46mm or i need full refund of the money i paid rs1899. please help with the request.
Also open seeing some ecommerce compaint email i see this seller is running a mafia by selling duplicate and wrong producst to many 100s of victims and looting them, he deserves strong punishment by law.
