Good Evening I am tripti and I would like to inform you that i am not geeting any help customer customer service and no one calling me or my issue. I have order Sangria kurta with palazoo i paid 1,388.00 but i have received only kurta without palazoo when i arranged call back for me so a person said i raised call for you and we will investigate on this i am writing to customer service on daily bases but on one contacting me.
Today i received msg that my complaint or missing item has got declined. what the hell is going on
is this my mistake i paid before receive my item.
i want my palazoo any how
i already conirmed that pacakge was sealed but i have received only kurta not palazooo
i am really frustrated with this i have ordered so many shipments before that but this is the first time when myntra is providing pathetic service.
i arranged call back for me and i received call back then person said we need video while opening the package otherwise we cant do anything. i dont have any video and i cant have this shipment without palazo
i arranged my return for this shipment now kindly send me back my amount
now i am going to file a case against flipkart and mynrta. myntra’s case manageris saying if you want to file a case against us you can do it.
