Refund denied by Driving School, unfair practice

I signed up for a driving school in Bhubaneswar called  New Smart City Driving School. The address is Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751020.  They took advance money of Rs. 1000 and the next day since I realized I had some urgent work and I can’t continue to take the training, I called them and cancelled it. They didn’t even start their classes/service. But the owner refused to return the money. When asked on call, she started using slangs and abusive languages to harass my father who is a senior citizen and refused to pay the money. They hadn’t even given a receipt or any confirmation of the same nor did share the form with us when asked.  Please look into the same.
