Refund not received from Airtel DTH

I had 4 connections for the DTH service with Airtel. The primary connection had a one year validity till the 18th of March 2019. However without informing me Airtel had gone ahead and had my secondary connection validity increased by one year due to which the account bal had come to zero and the 3rd and 4th connections were not working. My sister who was using the connection did not realised of the mistake done by Airtel and had gone ahead and recharged the account for Rs 5475. When i did come back from home my sister informed me about the recharge, I called Airtel and spoke to them on 10th of december 2018 and informed them as to why the bal was reduced and they informed me of tyhe validity for the second connection increased I immediately asked them to cancel he same as I hd not requested this and also asked for the refund, However till date the same has not been returned to me. I have spoken to them on numerous occasion and the reply I get is that the same is being processed and I should receive a check in 2 weeks however till date the 2 weeks have not been completed. Fed up of this treatment I have called Airtel and asked them to stop my DTH service on the 31st of January 2019. which was done immediately. However they have kept reducing my balance on the account. I should be refunded the balance from the 1st of February 2019 till 18th March 2019 for my Primary connection and also the Balnce on my account for about Rs 1200 however till today no amount has been refunded. I keep getting told that the accounts department will have the amount refunded, but it has not happened. I have confirmed my details on a number of calls I have made to AIRTEL however they have turned a deaf ear to my requests. I seems like the same is happening to a number of users of Airtel. Everytime I call the contact centre and ask to speak to a supervisor I am given information that there are no supervisors on the floor and all of them are in a meeting they also inform that I would receive a call back from the supervisor however I has never happened till today
