I ordered a cake from indiacakes.com with order number 1450054019-1 and paid by paytm wallet but cancelled the order as they asked for more delivery charge after my payment was done.It was just hours after I ordered that the cancellation took place.Thereafter I had sent emails and also called them 6-7 times only to be put on hold for minutes.From their part there was not a single response on any means,refunding has also not been done yet.Please help me get my money refunded.
