Refund not received till date from Travolook

I have booked a flight ticket from Srinagar to delhi on 03/11/2020. Latter received a mail stating that ticket was cancelled due to fare expiration. still i have not received refund amount. i tried too many times via email and phone to talk to support executives, but they are not give positive response. Travolook employee said your amount will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days. It has been more than protected days but they have not refunded my amount, I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
