Complaint against GTPL for delaying shifting request

This is regarding GTPL shifting request, I have registered the request on November 13, 2020 for shifting my broadband installation from Ahemdabad to Maktampur bharuch 392012.

But still no action taken, more than 20 days passed but they are not working on my request.

I already paid the renewal plan money of ?3200 and now there executive not picking my phone and neither I am receiving any support from their team.

I request to taken the action against this fraud.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
