Regarding delivery of expiring product from BigBasket

I have ordered 3 packets of diet tofu on 12th December 2017 along with other items and paid via card. On 13th i received the order and figured out that the tofu’s are going to expire which was delivered by their dealer and i have asked for an exchange. The dealer again got same manufacturing date products and tried to give to me for which i refused. Then big basket credit cancellation fees from my wallet on complaining they have waived off the cancellation fees. But i asked them to debit 180 rs. in my wallet and take their product back, which till date is not getting resolved and the customer service is pathetic each time new executive picks up the phone and the process will go on and on instead of getting the solution. I want some action needs to be taken on them as they are making fool of us and providing pathetic services. If they have to sell expiry products and can’t handle the operations properly they don’t have right to run.
