Regarding duplicate product from voonik

Sir /mam on 11 July I order a saree on voonik.com they sent me a duplicate of art silk saree. Voonik charge shipping and c.o.d 39+49 rs. The vandoor retail boost 317 raghuveer textile mall Surat. Add 5% gst on shipping charge and 5% gst on c.o.d charge.they give a fake costumer care no. Which never works. I complaint through email and they are not responding. I have lost 478 rs. Plz help me I want refund.
