Regarding flight ticket booking on yatra

Yatra.com deducted the amount but no ticket has been generated. Value: 4872

Yesterday I booked a ticket from yatra.com the amount was deducted however no ticket was generated, I got a mail from them status:unconfirmed this was the booking reference number-29xxxxxx0. Kindly help me get a refund.

Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018.
