Regarding flight ticket booking on yatra

Yatra.com deducted the amount but no ticket has been generated. Value: 4872 Yesterday I booked a ticket from yatra.com the amount was deducted however no ticket was generated, I got a mail from them status:unconfirmed this was the booking reference number-29xxxxxx0. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Replacement of iphone by Flipkart – Rs.34,499/-: Mr. Finny Thomas of Kashipur 244713, Uttarakhand had ordered for iPhone 6s Plus from Flipkart and received same on 21st of November, 2018. Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
