Regarding fraud sales through Instagram

Broken/Defective item. Value: Rs 2250. I recently shopped from an instagram seller but the item delivered to me was a broken and defective one. The name to the Instagram page in thebeautycorner.in and the sellers name is vani. She is not willing to exchange the item and refund me either.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
