Regarding Kenstar cooler service and support

My kenstar little cooler is not working, so i have raised complaint on 30th May 2017 and still its not rectified.. When i call to customer care they said its closed and again reopened the same issue. Like this its happening till date..I called to customercare for more than 6 times. Complaint no ::CHE1706170029.

SBI Reward Points – Rs. 14,265/- – Mr. Vipul Goel, of Nawabganj, Kanpur 208002, Uttar Pradesh had 57060 SBI reward points(worth ?14265) linked to SBI account. He tried redeeming those points on mobikwik through maxgetmore. The points were deducted but money was not added to mobikwik. From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige.
