Regarding non-delivery of laptop by Flipkart

I ordered a ASUS laptop from Flipkart on 16th Oct. The promised date was 20th Oct. Today is 30th Oct and still my laptop is not delivered. There website is showing it is still at same place since 17th Oct. Kindly look into this as they are not delivering the laptop and all this matter is disturbing me now.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
