Regarding product despatched by Snapdeal vendor

I am from shahjahanpur uttar pradesh and i am placing order in snapdeal on 03 september at 11:56 PM and product name Saree designer saree multicolour georgette saree. This product saree not like my mom so i want refund of my order and snapdeal not provided me refund of my order. so i say you and i hope you understand my concern and help me and provided me refund of my order. my order id 19810448095. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
