I bought a flat in Sunteck Westworld, Naigoan, Mumbai project through their sales manager ‘Kxxxxn Txxxxxi’ in 2019. I paid booking amount and initial payment. They sent me an incorrect invoice within a month for a significant amount, which was not as per agreed amount. When I challenged the amount, no one from their customer services team got back to me. I tried to call them for a hundred time but no one from their customer team ever picks up the phone. They don’t respond to emails either. After a few months, I came to know that they have applied in excess of 1 lac in interest. I refused to pay and they went quiet. After a few months, I came to know that the flat is now cancelled and they won’t refund my initial payment. They never informed me about the cancellation and never at any point they tried to contact me to negotiate payment instalments. There own sales manager sold me this flat and after that he never answered my emails or calls. The customer services team is absolute rubbish. I request RERA to cancel their license as real estate developers. They are cowboy developers who would rob you of your hard earned money.
