I have purchased a product on Oct and received damaged product I got replaced with faulty product. So I have escalated the issue and they said will provide refund it’s been 1&half month till they didn’t pick up the faulty product and not initiated the refund. I have reached them via phone more than 10 times but till now they say same answer that they will escalate and will resolve at earliest but no resolution till now. They gave promise that on or before 15th Nov it will be resolved but when I call on 16th Nov why no resolution they are saying on or before 18th Nov it will be resolved. Now they are sending msg that on or before 20th Nov it will be resolved. I really don’t understand why they are postponing the date without any valid reason. This is worst experience I ever had with flipkart.
