Regarding refund from Paytm against flight ticket cancellation

Paytm company has taken Rs 8849 from me for cancellation chàrges of 3 flight tickets. On 07/01/2020 I had booked 3 flight tickets from Bangaluru -Mumbai in paytm app with booking id-1xxxxxxxxxx and paid Rs 9207 to attend meeting in mumbai .As meeting got canceled. On 16/02/2020 i had cancelled 3 flight tickets andPaytm transfered Rs 358 only to my bank account.Hence i request your help to get remaining Rs8849 to my bank account.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
