This is with reference to Return request for my order on 23rd September 2017 on Snapdeal.com. I have ordered Nike Sports Shoes by this order no. on snapdeal.com. As I was not satisfied with the product delivery & the product So I raised a return request for this order. But after some days they called me & said that they have rejected my return request due to some internal Checks. They refused to give refund for my order.
I have raised my return request under EASY RETURN POLICY as mentioned on Snapdeal.com which is also covered by Trustpay. I have raised my return request within 7 days of product delivery. I am also full-filling all terms & conditions of their EASY RETURN POLICY. So request you to please help me in this matter & to resolve it asap.
