Regarding return not picked up by Ajio

Dear consumer form, I made an order on Ajio app of 5 shoes worth rs 14,646.70, and after deliver due to fit issues I had to return all the items of order. 1 shoe was picked up in couple of days worth rs772.80 however remaining 4 shoes are still not picked up. I tried contacting Ajio customer care 7-8 times, they say yes we’ve placed complaint but still it’s more than 20 days neither the order being picked up nor refund has been initiated.

I’ve tried every means to raise this issue, I hope writing this complaint here will help solving my issue. And the timeline for return is 30 days. The order was placed on 12th August, so soon it’s about to end due time to return the items. Thereafter Ajio might say that timeframe has ended and I’d be left with no justice.
