I purchased fossil sporty smart watch online in an Instagram page GADGETS KADAI. The product i received is defective and I asked them for exchange. I been a almost a month since I purchased the product. They assured that they will exchange but from last week they are not responding my messages. Kindly do the needful

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
