Regarding return of product from Jabong

I had placed this order from Jabong.com of one ‘Cool Threads’ red colored scarf of value Rs. 259/-. The quality of the product sent is below average so I wanted to raise a return request and while doing so came to know that scarfs comes under their non returnable/exchangeable category. I can understand that undergarments, swim wears and jewellery coming under this category but why is a scarf coming under this category. And moreover the quality of the product is way too bad that they are selling it for 259 bucks. I have raised the issue with them also, but from last two days they are just sending automated replies of it being coming under non returnable/exchangeable category. Even so the product falls under that category, they cant sell poor quality products and expect us to pay for that. ORDER ID 180731494548239
