Few days before i ordered the an earphone on snapdeal. After receiving the ssme product ie HP H1000 earphone i eas surprised to know when i noticed that the earphone doesn’t have the mic for phone conversation. On the same day when i received the earphone i made a proper request on snapdeal for return/refund. But even after two days my product was not picked back by the concerned team. And i lodged certain complaints on official snapdeal email id. But nothing was done by the snapdeal. Today i received a call from snapdeal that we can’t take your product back as it is against pur company policies. So your goodself is requested to take a strong action against snapdeal for fraud, cheat and harassment done to me. And i want my hard earned money back. thanks
