Regarding Yashtel internet connectivity

HI Team, I am really sorry to say this. I am tired with this internet connectivy issue only only on end days of month. i.e during my billing cycle. THe internet gets disconnected and is still not on for 3rd day. Tomorrow is sunday and will not get fixed. Need to wait till monday as this service is very bad during month ends only. Please help me get a permanent fix on this. Service is really good during other days. I wont blame on this. but i am really tired on month ends and was tired of this. Also note that they will not get me any refund on the days where i have not used the internet. So this is not fair.
