Reliance GSM sending bill with excess charges

I’m 8 yeas old relince GSM customer every month pay 500 and 600 every month now my billing plan 299 unlimited STD and local 6 gb 3G data plan but reliance bill department send me 3100 some thing which I had not use pls less extra send me previous bill had paid and 400 ruppes exta paid in bill amount and with out any information my outstanding faslites has been barrd. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
