I ordered a pair of shoes from an online site Street Style Store. The size was big enough to fit in my feet, i put a replacent and received another pair a no. small but still bigger than my original feet size. I asked for replacememt again and got the delivery but the delivery boy asked for Rs. 200 as i was unware about the exact replacement conditions of the site i denied to pay that amount and the delivery person asked to return the courier. After returning i went through the site once and came to know if i ask for 2nd replacement i had to pay Rs 200. Then i got the message and email if i would like to get the delivery again as it showed the last delivery address was not found by the courier guy or the address was wrong. Since then its been more than a month i am not able to track the contact details as the no. given on site is never reachable even i went to the given address but didn’t find any office on that address. I have no idea how to contact this company and ask for my shoe to get delivered or else to get the money refunded.
