Sir, Inadvertently, Rs.1460/- was paid to CESC,NOIDA in lieu of CESC,Kolkata on a/c of electricity bill thru’ Paytm mode by using my Debit Card on 21/9/2017 and subsequently made correspondences to Paytm authority and other possible corners with the request to refund the amount of Rs. 1460/- in my bank A/C bearing of UCO Bank, Kotrung Branch, Hindmotor, Hooghly, but in vain and finding no other way I am at your door to intervene into the matter and make an arrangement to refund the above amount in my Bank A/C from your good end as early as possible.
