Restaurant charging more than MRP and taxes

Charged more than MRP. On my visit to ananta resturant in meerut i just buy a water bottle of bisleri with MRP 20 on it but this above mentioned hotel charged Rs 41/- from me and moreover issue invoice with GST. invoice scan copy attached
