Sheer mismanagement by in ordering delilvery

I ordered a fila sneaker on 2nd October which was supposed to be delivered between 4th to 7th October. I have made the payment already at the time of placing the order. However, I haven’t received the parcel till now. I have contacted the customer service of amazon 18 times in total and each time I got different kinds of responses. moreover, without contacting me, the delivery boy updated the status that delivery was attempted but rejected. In fact, I contacted the delivery associate 7 times but he refused to deliver the product. Even I offered him to share his location so that I can collect the product by myself. In that case also he refused. I ordered the product for Durga puja which is the biggest festival in our community. So, I requested them in every possible way to deliver the product on time. I pleaded in front of them also. But, they did not bother to hear my request and tried to prove me a lier instead. Therefore, being extremely harassed and helpless, I would like to lodge a complaint against amazon India for this utter misconduct.
