Complaint regarding data entry fraud

I got call from rapid jobs, Gujrat for home based online data entry. total 800 form should be filled in one week with 90% accuracy. I was send I’d proof and login that id. I received agreement through mail and after I read the agreement I clearly told her I’m not interested in this work and I can’t pay Rs 3999 if accuracy is below 90%.
After 2 days, she says you need to complete work otherwise u should pay penalty for this. Even I’m not sign the agreement send by her.
Please help me to solve this.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
