Shop charging more than MRP

whenever we buy any thing from pushp vihar, New Delhi wine and beer shop, they always charge above the MRP. Yesterday I bought two bottles of Kingfisher Beer and they again charged extra Rs. 5 on each bottle. They do not provide the bill. If we ask for the bill, they do not provide the material and very confidently says “go and complaint wherever you want to”. please guide me on what we can do on such cases.

From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige.
