Shopeyard not providing downloadable book

I have place the order and paid the money for downloadable book.but still not any confirmation and response for shopeyard.com.I wrote e-mails to shopeyard and no response from shopeyard.its fraud website.Please don’t buy the books and don’t loose the amount and valuable time.

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
