I ordered a pair of belts for Rs 1800. Didn’t like the color and requested return. It was picked back for return. Snapdeal refused return, claiming that it was perfectly fine wit no defects, whereas i never claimed that it was defective. So they shipped it back at my place when i was unavailable at my place. I asked the Courier guy to deliver it the other day on phone, he agreed. And the product never came back to me. I wrote many e mails to snapdeal regarding the same. Then I received a call from snapdeal with a false story that i refused to recieve it many times, which is a sheer lie, And due to policy, they won’t return my money not my product. I have been frauded with by these liers.
