Tatasky recharged wrong set top box

We requested tata sky to renew our annual package. They asked to pay rs.10740.00 and we paid through card. We have 3 boxes & i specifically asked them to recharge two digi sets – one hd recordable & other standard. I renewed annual package on feb 2017 in same way & things were ok. But on 26th feb 2018 i confirmed the call center executive to renew above mentioned two boxes & he obliged. But after 2 days the recordable box was deactivated. When asked why? They said “the other box, which they call as pvr box, is primary & it is recharged because it was primary”. We paid rs. 4919 + 1919 + 2742 + 448 in total (700 were old dues & 17.00 is account balance after renewal). The amount of 2742 is paid for one add-on box. Despite repeated instructions to the executive, he never mentioned that hd recordable is not primary.
My complaint is tata sky misguided me in the entire renewal process, fraudulently allocated my money to unrequired box and after requesting to solve primary-secondary tangle they said “not enough balance now”.
