Kunal Kumar, SAHARANPUR, Uttar Pradesh (Email: kunal.phy04[at]gmail.com) had ordered a HP laptop Backpack BP849AA on 5th July 12.05 PM with order no.33080251. But the product was not delivered even after two weeks. He posted his complaint with ICF on 13-07-2013 requesting for either delivery or refund. He got his refund on or about 20-07-2013.
Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. His repeated attempts were in vain. He posted his complaint at ICF on 08-01-2015 and the matter was taken up with parties concerned.
