Unable to cancel educational loan EMIs

On March 25, I enrolled for a Post Graduate Program in Automotive Plastic Design using CATIA V5 course on Skill Lync a edtech company. I paid Rs 5000/- as registration fees and was informed about months EMI. 9091 /month for 22 months. After that, I followed every procedure of Eduvanz (loan partner of Skill Lync)

Till June . I was a working professional and thought of doing this course as I could manage monthly EMI. I paid that through my parents’ personal loan. But I lost my job due to layoffs. So I was left with only one option, which was cancelling the course. And I felt difficulties and quality issues with your course. I told you when I enrolled in the course that I was not good at English. There will be a Malayalam representative, as you agreed. Unfortunately, I am not provided with such facility. Additionally, I would like to point out that your service is poor. As of now, I do not need a refund. But I would like to cancel the course and freeze the EMI withdrawal from my parents’ accounts.

When I asked the financial team about it, she denied it, saying there was no cancellation policy.

When i did the all loan application from Eduvanz, I signed an e-NACH mandate. I provided them with adhar cards, a pan card, and an e-NACH mandate signature and submitted the form online. And the disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account. I just had to pay EMI’S. Which was not possible as i lost the job.

The skill lync support system does not seem to be willing to help me and repeatedly says cancellation is impossible.

And from that eduvanz people call me frequently and asking to pay the EMI. They call me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc.

Now what to do.. Please need a help

I have no job right now and cannot pay such a hefty amount.
