Unable to transfer money from Hike wallet

I added of Rs.10000 trough my credit card in hike wallet. after that i transferred the amount to my bank account hike wallet refuse to do it and did the wallet access locked. I do not received my amount back to my wallet nor in my bank account. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
