Unable to update my videocon d2h package

It’s been 11 days now I have updated my old SD set box to HD box & took 1 multi-room connection.

While requesting for these 2 connections I was promised by customer care guys that I’ll get one month all HD channels but I got on only child connection that too 5-10 channels.

Now I just want to edit/change my plan but I’m unable to select or view any HD plans on website & mobile app.
