Unable to use Babyoye gift card on Firstcry.com

I have an e-gift card which was purchased from BabyOye.com but recently BabyOye is merged with FirstCry and now BabyOye online site gets redirected to FirstCry.com. I tried to use my gift card on FirstCry.com but it says its not valid coupon. I have tried to reach BabyOye customer care but none of their phone numbers are working. I have raised complaint with FirstCry. According to FirstCry, they don’t have BabyOye Coupon details with them and they are trying to get details from BabyOye but BabyOye is not responding to their query.

Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. The customer sent numerous emails to Shopclues but there was no action on their part to resolve the issue.
