I am writing to formally lodge a consumer complaint regarding a defective product purchased through Flipkart. the order has been placed on 30th January and product has been delivered on 3rd February via Flipkart. The product specifications did not disclose a critical limitation: the phone only supports a single UPI application. This undisclosed restriction significantly impacts usability and constitutes a material defect.
Upon raising the issue, Flipkart directed me to contact the manufacturer, BlackZone. However, BlackZone advised me to resolve the matter with Flipkart. This back-and-forth has left me without resolution, making me the victim of misleading product information and lack of accountability.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly intervene and provide appropriate redressal. I seek either a full refund or replacement with a device that meets the advertised specifications. I am attaching copies of the purchase invoice, product listing, and communication records with Flipkart and BlackZone for your reference.
