Warranty problems with Lenovo laptop from Flipkart

I purchases lenovo laptop from flipkart on line site date 22-01-2017. that time they providing 3 years warranty and it showing also. and now i am getting problem in laptop than i call to customer care the are asking me it is not in warranty and on flipkart not mention it is warranty for one year they are mention 1+2 year warranty. please find attach file. please do need full

He received speaker by kartrocket.com on 14-04-18 but unfortunately received speaker was fake and fully damaged. The customer wanted to return the product but could not.
