Wrong FASTasg delivered by Paytm, and losing money

Since Govt has mandated to have FASTag for all vehicles by Dec 1st, I had placed an order for FASTag through Paytm on 22nd November 2019 for my Car.
I received the courier on 28th November. And to my shock, the barcode on the courier recieved , and the barcode on the paytm app for the FASTag was mismatching.

And on 6th December money got deducted(Rs.230) from my FAStag account for using the FASTag in Vadodra toll plaza. When my car is actually present in Bengaluru.
I informed the same to Paytm through their 24×7 service in App. I never got a proper respone from them.
After so much waiting in the toll free number on 6th December, I got hold of a customer care executive and explained the issues.
And they promised to solve the issue within 24-48 hours. And the above Ref. No: was generated. And I provided all the information asked by the team.

Even After multiple follow ups, till now, the Paytm team has not done anything to solve the issue. And it has been a complete mental torture for me. And loss of my Money.

To add to my frustrations, Paytm team closes the case saying “your FASTag has been succefully Delivered”.

Even after making such a silly mistake, Paytm is not ready and planning to resolve the case.

Please help to get me the correct FASTag and refund the amount deducted from my Wallet for someone using the FASTag.
