I have ordered a smartwatch (Vapor KW77 ) based on an advertisement by www.xank.in an online ordering website on 31st July 2018. And received a Chinese watch instead (Y1). upon trying to contact on the given telephone number on their website there was no response Also the email address hello@xank.in provided in the website is not valid. I want to file my complaint under section 2 (1) (r) of consumer protection Act 1986, section 420 of IPC and section 504 of IPC
