Wrong product from Peachmode, no customer support

Purchased material on 27th Jan 2024. Received my order on 1st Feb 2024. Paid Rs/ 999. for unstitched material. It was very bad quality material was old faded. Asked them for refund they refused paying it bk. But forcing me to accept gift card. I am not interested in shopping any more from there store. I hv sent several mails no response for refund . How to stop this kind of business people cheating us by not refunding .

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
