Wrong product sent by Snapdeal, not supporting return and refund

Return request cancled. Value: 1173. I have ordered a bluetooth speaker on 7 spet ,i received the package on 17 september,but when i opened the package i got aux cable,usb cable and two pieces of soap in it.i raised a return request,but they canceled it and declined to make any kind of replacement or redund.
