I ordered pizza of Rs 340 from dominos By Zomato but the pizza was not delivered and dominos cancelled my order after 2 hrs of placing order after consulting me. But at zomato app they are saying that pizza has been delivered and they are not refunding money while dominos had already cancelled the order.
So I had neither recieved pizza nor the money. It’s all Zomato’s fault, this similar kind of problem had happened to many other person in the past.
I’m attaching My order summary at Zomato.
Please look into the matter.
