Zoylo, the online medicine app didn’t get back me my refund

Hi there. I’ve ordered some medicines from zoylo, the online medicine app. They delivered me damaged medicines so I’ve returned them the medicines. They promised me to refund me the amount within 3-5 business days but till now I’ve to call them 100times as they didn’t get back me amount. Their head office is in Hyderabad. Almost 1month is over but I’m not get back my amount of zoylo. Kindly get back to me soon.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
