Repair of Micromax Tab: Mr. Akash Pandey of Rajajipuram, Lucknow 226011, UP submitted his Micromax tablet to their service centre on 11-06-2016 for out-of-warranty service. However, even after two months, the tablet was not repaired. He posted his complaint at ICF on 14-08-2016 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Pandey got his table serviced free of cost and the issue was resolved by 05-09-2016.

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company. Finally, Zenify agreed to waive of charges and customer received refund to her satisfaction.

Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.440: Ms. Shikha Tripathi of Mumbai 400022, Maharashtra ordered a saree and received an empty plastic bag with nothing inside. She registered her complaint with Snapdeal and also requested return. However, Snapdeal refused customer’s complaint by telling the the account would be suspended. Customer posted her complaint with ICF on 31-07-2017 and the matter was taken up with Snapdeal. After several follow-ups the customer finally got her refund by 18/08.

Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo. Mr. Advani finally got refund for the phone by 7-1-2015.
