Sir, today i tried to place an order for redmi note 5 on flipkart. After payment of Rs. 9999, my bank account debited but no order is being reflected on my flipkart account. I contact many times to flipkart executives. But they are not giving any satisfactory responnse. They are repeating only system generated answers. They are not understanding the actual problem or they didnot want to solve the problem. Please help me and guide me what should i do. I am facing the loss of Rs 9999 due to their bad services.
