After online payment received empty carton

I had ordered from nykaa but my courier is directly not given to me. Courier boy gave to the 3rd person and the 3rd person gave me and when i opened that carton it was empty nothing is in it only the bill papers of product.. If u order something online and made payment before getting the product in that case we have a trust for the famous websites that they deliver us safely.. But what to do in this case.
