Myntra not supporting return of products

I bought some product from myntra and didnt liked so i placed return.its been 10 days , no one came for pickup then i called myntra, they are asking me to courier my product but in their return policies, they have mentioned easy 30 day return. Now, they are telling to courier it by myself …
